Algis Sirvaitis

Algis Sirvaitis received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University, and later worked his way through the Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law working with the Legal Department of Juvenile Court, and as a St. Edward’s High School teacher before receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1966.

For more than five decades, Mr. Sirvaitis has represented clients throughout the State of Ohio as the founding attorney of A. Sirvaitis & Associates. With practice areas spanning from business law, estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law and Medicaid, Federal tax law, real estate, probate administration of estates and guardianships, he provides a compassionate and personalized approach to providing solutions for his clients.

His experience and dedication to producing results for individuals and families most important life choices, financial decisions, and security needs allow Mr. Sirvaitis guides his clients through the legal system with a focused approach that provides confidence.

A proud member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Probate Committees of the Ohio Bar Association, Mr. Sirvaitis is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
